Sizing  Small - roughly 8" x 13" Medium - roughly 10" x 16" Large - roughly 12" x 18" Small size boards often only have one live-edge, Medium and Large boards will almost always have 2 live-edges. Due to the nature of using "live-edge" wood, the width will vary slightly down the length of the board. Live-edge boards are a great decorative piece to showcase your business and thank your customers. They also make very useful cutting surfaces; however, since they are made from a solid piece of wood, they aren't quite as flat or resistant to warping as an edge-grain cutting board. We plane them as flat as possible when they are made, but slight wobbling can be expected when they are used as a cutting surface.
