Hole Template

Use a hole template an a router to cut your holes, and round your board top corners This tool is suitable for use with 2x4' board tops. V2 is the entirely CNC cut tool with 1" radius corners used to cut the hole and the radius with a spiral flush cut bit. V3 is used to cut the hole with an endmill and the radius with a spiral cut flush bit using a router with a 6" base. For the V2 variation- You will place the template on the top side of your board arrow side towards the top, line up the edges, clamp it in place and use a drill to make a pilot hole for your flush cut bit. Then flip he entire board top over. Next you run the spiral cut flush bit around the inside of the hole clockwise to make your 6" hole. If you get V2 you can then add the 1" radius to your corners. You may need to adjust and re clamp for the radius if your width varies from 24". Space between the stops is 24" For V3- You will place the template on the top side of your board arrow side towards the top, line up the edge
