Our Mole Rojo is imported from Oaxaca Mexico. It is a concentrated paste that is a perfect blend of chilies, spices, and fruit. Mole Rojo has similar base ingredients as Mole Negro; however, it has a sweeter and spicier flavor profile since it uses more chile ancho and chile guajillo, and less chocolate.
