Our Mindfulness Journal is designed to help you become more aware of your patterns and act as a compass that guides you to create new positive patterns. Being mindful is about being aware – of our thoughts, our emotions, and our actions. Approximately 95 percent of our daily actions are completed while on autopilot. It is wise to think about why and how we do what we do. Why do we react to upsetting situations in a certain way? Why do we cope with anger or sadness in a certain way? Mindfulness is a great way to observe ourselves and to recognize both the healthy and unhealthy patterns we’ve adopted, sometimes without fully realizing it. Through mindfulness, we can come to realize that if we want to improve our lives, we need to change some of those patterns. We rarely pay attention to our habits and patterns.
