Queen Anne's Lace Floral Blossom Jelly

Also known as wild carrot, Queen Anne's Lace flower blossom jelly has a sweet, herbal scent/taste. Out of all of the floral jellies I craft, it's my favorite! This year's jelly is a pale champagne color (not as pink as last year's, shown in photo).Floral jellies are delicious served with scones, biscuits, croissants or shortbreads. They can also be a unique addition to a charcuterie board alongside mild cheeses such as brie or ricotta.I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!
