Wild Violet Floral Blossom Jelly

Every Spring, I spend several hours foraging for wild violets, then creating a violet flower infused tea. This tea is used in crafting the jelly, and it creates a delicately scented, violet/pink jelly. Floral jellies are delicious served with scones, biscuits, croissants or shortbreads. They can also be a unique addition to a charcuterie board alongside mild cheeses such as brie or ricotta.I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!** Violet jelly is priced higher due to the large amount of time it takes to forage for the tiny violet blossoms across a wide area of forest floor.
