RimSaver Scuffs are designed to put a sacrificial barrier between the wheel rim and the curb. They are simply stuck to the wheel with a high bond tape for easy DIY installation with no removal of the tire required. Scuffs have a fitting guide lip on the top side that makes fitting very easy. Scuffs require a flat or slightly curved mounting surface 7mm wide. They will not fit rims with a raised lip or uneven mounting surface. Each RimSaver Scuffs kit includes 4 cut strips that fit up to a 22” wheel, cleaning wipes and adhesive primer wipes to ensure a long and lasting bond to the alloy wheel surface.
