A classic rediscovered. Chemex has been making beautiful and functional pour over brewers for nearly 40 years. With a heavier, and higher quality paper filter, this brewer gives excellent cup profiles for all coffees. Larger than a V60, it's more ideal for a bigger yield- to share or not is up to you.
