Originally created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai, this  chocolate treat traditionally features a rich filling made from pistachios, kataifi (shredded phyllo  dough) mixed together, with a smooth milk chocolate. The combination of textures—crispy,  creamy, and velvety—makes it a truly indulgent experience.   We have combined these flavors into a handcrafted parfait, which will be served with a generous amounts of strawberries accompanied with pistachio cream, milk chocolate spread, chopped pistachios, and kataifi.
