Brand-new Tiny Home. Sometimes these homes are called an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). We normally have a traditional and straight-wall design. Length is up to you by adding more steel. Plans are stamped by a licensed architect when built. Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Bunkers can be co-built. Steel melts at 1425-1540 °C / 2600-2800 °F,  so you'll be able use your building if a fire comes through the neighborhood. Our turn-key build includes Foundation, Framing, Interiors, Cabinets, Sinks, Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing provided to meet code. These units can be rented month to month for $800 to $1600 depending on size.
