Renaissance Aramis Doublet

The Renaissance Aramis Doublet is one of the most versatile items in our collection. The body is fashioned of a rich, black and silver cotton velvet brocade which offers a unique sense of style. The collar, sleeves, and waistline are crafted from royal black cotton velvet which gives them a regal feel. The entire ensemble is adorned with velvet-covered buttons and the edges are decked in a silver lace. However, the best “certainly the most interesting“ feature has to be the sleeves, which are removable. The garment can go from a historical doublet to a wondrous courtly fencing vest at the snap of a finger! The doublet is suited for Renaissance and medieval styles.
