Instructions: 320-330F for 15 seconds, medium/heavy pressure. Place a teflon/parchment paper on design before pressing. Peel cold. Recommendation: Repress design for 5-10 seconds after a cold peel with parchment paper or teflon on top. Heat press is required for these transfers, Cricut hand press or hand iron will not lead to high quality press.
