Handmade Cakewalk Sampler Quilt

Select this bespoke handmade quilt for your home or for a loved one to add warmth and inviting color to the home. This large throw size handmade quilt is made of 100% high quality cotton and is an original design of Cotton Splendor. The sampler quilt measures a generous 52" wide by 66" in length. The batting is luxurious Quilter's Dream Wool, professionally longarm quilted in a pantograph called Behold, which provides dense stunning texture. The quilt is machine pieced and bound on my domestic sewing machine for years of sturdy use.  The quilt backing is a lovely Loes Van Oosten geometric print by Cotton + Steel, Along The Fields Strawberry Honey Bee Fabric.  Quilt Design: The quilt was inspired by a book published in 1933 called Traveling With The Birds, by Rudyerd Boulton, illustrated by the renowned Walter Alois Weber. Each of the 12 quilt blocks were designed from an illustration in the book.   *The design inspiration book can be included with your quilt if you would like to take
