Tulip Time FPP Quilt Block

Tulip Time is a whimsical 12.5" quilt block. The block is created with Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP).  This quilt block pattern does not include a tutorial on how to use foundation paper piecing, although there are many free resources available on the internet. The PDF pattern is for the block only.  The pattern includes a PDF with downloadable, printable FPP templates. Let your creativity run free! I would love to see your projects!
