Description Cougar Dress All is a water based, water repellent dressing that restores the luster of vinyl, rubber, plastic and leather. It produces a satin (natural) gloss, non-slippery, lint free shine and contains a cherry fragrance. Because of it's water based formulation, this product is also great for shining engines and fender wells too. How To Use EXTERIOR / INTERIOR: Spray on applicator and wipe on vinyl, plastic and rubber surfaces. Allow to dry or wipe dry with a clean cloth. TIRES: Spray product on applicator pad Apply product ot tire with pad Allow product to throughly dry before moving vehicle ENGINE: Clean Engine with quality de-greaser and leave wet Spray Engine Evenly.  Avoid spraying belts and pullies and this may cause squeal.
