While neighboring farms chose robust varieties during renovations, Nelson and Liliana took a different path, opting for high-quality but more demanding varieties. Their commitment to organic methods and meticulous processing results in a coffee that stands out for its nuanced flavors, boasting notes of bergamot, kiwi, and sweet apple pastry.
