Mullein Extract

Taste / Energetics: slightly salty, slightly sweet, mildly bitter, cooling, moistening, moving, soothing. When to reach for it: When needing support for occasional dry, stuck, or constricted respiratory function of the upper or lower tract; especially useful during environmental challenges such as hot and drying fires and smoke.  Ingredients: Fresh Mullein (Verbascum olympicum) leaf†, Spring Water, Grain Alcohol^. Servings: 120 per 2oz bottle. Serving Size: 10 drops (.5ml). Suggested Use: Add 10-20 drops (.5-1ml) to 1 ounce of water 1-3 times/day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
