Fisher & Paykel Forma and FlexiFit Full Face | Silicone Seal

This clear (white) Silicone Seal is designed for use with all Forma (40047X), FlexiFit 431 (HC431) and FlexiFit 432 (HC432) Full Face CPAP and BiPAP Masks. COMPATIBILITY: The FlexiFit 431 uses only the Silicone Seal while the Forma and FlexiFit 432 masks use both a Foam Cushion and Silicone Seal. If you are using a Forma or FlexiFit 432 mask and would like to purchase a cushion and seal set, those can be found elsewhere on this site. SIZING: The FlexiFit 431, FlexiFit 432, and Forma each use a single frame for all sizes; therefore, if you would like to change the size of your mask, you just need to purchase a different seal (or cushion and seal) size.
