Each Teton Quilt is handmade from start to finish, requiring the skill and attention of four different artisans—wood carvers, master block printers, dye specialists, and quiltmakers.Inspired by the crisp geometry of alpine landscapes, the design features a bold triangular peak rising above a calm horizon, with a warm sun at its center. The artwork is hand-pressed onto cotton using hand-carved wooden blocks dipped in custom dyes, giving the pattern its subtle texture and depth.After printing, the cotton shells are brought to the homes of skilled quiltmakers, who carefully stuff the quilts with cotton and stitch them entirely by hand using traditional techniques to create the finished piece.Our quilts are produced in small batches.
