Oak, Red, 1/4 inch, Double Sided, Unfinished

Species: Red Oak Size: 12x19 inches, 16x24 inches Core: MDF Thickness: 0.22" Sided: Double Sided Finishing: Unfinished Red Oak is straight grained and coarse textured, with less figure than White Oak due to smaller rays. It has light brown to pink coloring with a reddish tinge.  It is a very popular wood to use for projects. It stains and finishes well. Double Sided Wood All of our double sided woods are to industry standard. The veneers on either side of the wood may differ in hue of color and grain pattern, which is due to the way the wood is cut and the origin of the tree. This is particularly true of the Red Oak and African Mahogany.
