It was created as an homage to the Mayan God of rain, dubbed Indigo, and spent its eight years of ageing in American oak bourbon barrels. Not only does it sport a rather fun label, but the liquid within is deliciously toasty! Rich mocha and toasted nuts, with butterscotch, flamed lemon peel and bitter coffee bean.
