Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Vermouth | 16% ABV Commercial Description: This sweet vermouth is based on Ugni-Blanc wine, is flavored with 35 different herbs and spices, and contains 130 grams of sugar per liter.   Appearance: Clear, dark copper, reddy-brown. Aroma: Sarsaparilla and citrus zest nose with stewed fruits, quince, and Christmas spices (clove and cinnamon). Taste: Perfectly balanced, bitter-sweet sarsaparilla, herbaceous, citrus zest, prune/stewed fruit, quinine, and cigar tobacco palate with light spice. Aftertaste: Bitter citrus notes lead to the tobacco, citrus zest, and quinine finish.
