Sunshine Yellow Soup Bowl

This soup bowl was thrown on the pottery wheel, and the design was carved by hand, then fired in the kiln at 2170°F. The clay is an ivory colored ceramic stoneware with dark speckles, and the sunshine yellow glaze highlights the carved design.
