St Louis Arch Red

This is the first picture I ever made in these colors. This shot was taken within an hour of sunset, with the brightness in the sky being from the city lights!It's a result of a process called "split toning", where you convert an image to black and white, then replace the black and white values of two strong contrasting colors of your choosing, in this case deep red and light gold. Red is one of my favorite colors, and while there are a hundred ways for this color to not work, I was really happy with how this turned out.
