Cranberry Crumble Cookie

This is how the cranberry cookie crumbles. I start with my crumbly-good shortbread cookie shaped like a mini handheld pie. Then I fill it with homemade cranberry jam made with fresh, plump cranberries, sugar, orange zest and the spices that say "autumn is here": cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Each one is sweet, tart and topped with raw sugar and extra crumbles. They melt in your mouth and they're oh, so cute too!
