Grande Forme Elegante Buffet - Havertys.  First, it's in remarkably good condition.  This is a really big, heavy and well made piece of furniture.  The former owner told me that she spent around $10,000 for this, the matching china cabinet and the dining set.  We have the other pieces listed separately.  The top two drawers are felt lined with and the left side has a silver organizer.  The lower cabinet doors are double hinged with allows you to open the middle without moving the outer.  There is an interior shelf that is felt lined.  Be sure to watch our walk around video.
