Victorian Parlor Arm Chair with Tufted Back.  It's structurally sound with no breaks or repairs.  It does support weight and you can actually sit on it.  The upholstery is slightly faded but I like it because it gives it more authentic character.  There are some cosmetic blemishes on the wooden frame.  Be sure to watch our walk around video.
