The custom HBCU small luggage cover is Red and fits luggage between the sizes of 18" - 21".  The design is as pictured and has Tuskegee University Alumna in the center of the circle with HBCU Educated ~ Melanated - Sophisticated words on the outside perimeter of the circle.
