Crestron SW-3SERIES-BACNET-50+ BACnet™ Network/IP Support for 3-Series® and 4-Series™ Control Systems
The Crestron® SW‑3SERIES‑BACNET‑50+ is a software license that enables a 3-Series® or 4-Series™ control system to support more than 50 BACnet objects. The SW‑3SERIES‑BACNET‑50+ allows for all local devices to be connected to a Building Management System (BMS) via the BACnet protocol, as well as the ability to control all BMS devices from a touch screen.Native BACnet Network/IP InterfaceBACnet network/IP support for 3-Series and 4-Series control systems provides a scalable, IP‑based platform for implementing fully‑integrated building management and automation. Built-in BACnet network/IP support enables seamless integration with existing building management systems, including integrated control of lighting, shades, HVAC, A/V equipment, BMS, security, voice, and data. All systems run independently and communicate with each other on the same platform.Licensing OptionsEach 3-Series and 4-Series control system is eligible for a free BACnet network/IP license that supports up to 50 objects. For systems with more than 50 objects, the full SW‑3SERIES‑BACNET‑50+ license must be purchased. For details on obtaining a license and implementing BACnet network/IP support, refer to www.crestron.com/Support/Tools/Applications/Bacnet-License-Registration.Supported Control SystemsBACnet network/IP licensing is supported on the following 3‑Series and 4‑Series control systems: AV3 AV4 CP3 and CP3N CP4 and CP4N DIN-AP3 and DIN-AP3MEX DIN-AP4 DMPS3-200-C DMPS3-300-C and DMPS3-300-C-AEC DMPS3-4K-50 DMPS3-4K-100-C DMPS3-4K-150-C DMPS3-4K-250-C and DMPS3-4K-250-C-AIRMEDIA DMPS3-4K-350-C and DMPS3-4K-350-C-AIRMEDIA FT-TSC600 MC3 MC4 and MC4-I MPC3-101 and MPC3-102 MPC3-201 MPC3-302 PRO3 PRO4 RMC3 RMC4 Maximum BACnet ObjectsMost 3-Series and 4-Seres control systems support a maximum of 500 BACnet objects with the following exceptions: FT-TSC600: 250 objects maximum CP3, CP3N, CP4, and CP4N: 1000 objects maximum AV3, AV4, PRO3, and PRO4: 2000 objects maximum Actual capabilities are contingent upon the overall program size and complexity. These limits assume the control system is dedicated for BACnet use only with no other significant control system functions.
