Artist Statement "This poster is an official poster selected by judges for the Women's March on Washington on January 21, 2017. 10% of profits from this campaign support Ultraviolet. The Women's March on Washington is a rally in Washington, D.C., on the day after the inauguration of President-elect Donald J. Trump. The march aims to "send a bold message to our new administration on their first day in office, and to the world that women's rights are human rights." I think I?ve always been a feminist at heart because when I was young it made me angry to be talked down to or treated differently from boys, or to see others being treated unfairly. This year especially, in the moments leading up to the election made me want to fight harder when I became aware of how far I assumed we had come. The work of Black Lives Matter brought some of this to the forefront for me. Those suffering from inequality see other inequalities.
