Coffee Tallow Soap (4 oz)

Once I did a museum tour that talked about how women used to make their own soap for everything from washing clothes, to washing hands, and dishes in the pioneer days. Their ingredients were leftover animal lard and lye. I add in a few nice-to-have ingredients like shea butter, cacao butter, almond oil, castor oil, coconut oil, tallow, and fresh ground coffee. Very exfoliating. Cold-process lye soap, made the traditional way.
