About Decaf Shimmer For the first time ever, we have a decaf coffee from Ethiopia. We’re so excited to bring another decaf offering for all our non-caffeine drinkers, whether all the time, or just after a certain time of day! We introduced Shimmer into our lineup recently and now we’re welcoming the decaf version. It’s processed the same way as Staycation Decaf with ethyl acetate, a natural solution made up of alcohol derived from sugarcane and acetic acid (vinegar) that removes the caffeine. We love the way this process enhances the sweetness and makes a delightfully delicious decaf. For the next few months, enjoy another decaf option that’s balanced, sweet, and highly drinkable any time of day.
