About El Diviso Jose Uribe Lasso founded the El Diviso operation and continues to produce stand-out coffees alongside his children and grandchildren. With years of experience in the industry alongside the work of the entire family (plus consistent saving of their $$), the Lasso family was able to build the infrastructure to carry out a very meticulous processing that differentiated them from the many coffees that come from the Huila region in Colombia. This process is highly particular and standardized now, but that only came with years of trial and error to find the magic combo that produces some incredibly complex and highly unique flavor profiles.
