Polaris — also known as the north star — is the northernmost star in the sky and often used for navigation because it hangs seemingly motionless as the Earth revolves around it.  This year’s iteration brings us a blend of African coffees — Kayon Mountain (natural) from Ethiopia and Muinami (washed) from Kenya. Together, they’ll be your ‘guiding light’ through the dark winter months. It’s rich, jammy, and chocolatey with a festive note of spice — a welcome treat for those chilly mornings.
