About Shimmer A brand new year-round offering is shining its way into our lineup! We’re excited to be able to share another coffee that you can always count on, no matter the season. Shimmer will always feature a single washed Ethiopian coffee. (Yes, you read that right; we’re going to have an Ethiopian offering all year long!) For this first iteration, we’re featuring Abdo Aba Mecha — a producer from the Jimma region who has been exporting his coffee since 2021. Shimmer has a balanced, medium-bodied with soft, approachable notes of fruit. It’s an Ethiopian coffee that we think will ‘shimmer’ with all kinds of coffee drinkers!
