2017 Ithica Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Our second effort from this vineyard is every bit as good as our first. Spearmint, blue fruits and dried sage form the energetic nose of our 2017 Ithica. The wine derives its framework from acidity more so than tanin, which helps moderate the bountiful amount of freshness contained in this beauty.
