Made with a 5oz. medium-weight rugged cotton poplin and studded with black anodized hardware, the Outlaw is, quite frankly, the best cowl money can buy. This new design provides an even better fit for any body size or gender, and has two speed straps to adjust between a snug and loose fit. The deployed hood is identical to the hood on the Rogue Cowl.
