Nice Old Carved Single Ball in Cage Whimsy

A simple one, but a lovely one, nicely done, with a very round ball and very thin posts on the cage. The ends are very flat, so it stands perfectly on end, and the ball rolls around beautifully! 2 15/16" t x 11/16" w x 3/4" deep. Pine I think and definitely with some age on it, just right.
