Simple as can be, telling nothing more than the day of the month, but great looking I think, and pretty fun to count the days on. Turning the center knob dials the first number and punching down on the top knob changes the other. 4 1/8" t x 4 3/8" w x 1 1/2" deep, very nicely made and in good I think likely antique condition; I would guess 1900-1920 or so.
