Then after a couple of weeks increased compression ,After 1st week, can switch to more compressive garment to aid in shaping,Less compression first 1-2 weeks until swelling goes down then more compressive garment after to help with shaping,we have two stage faja ,stage 1 less compression softer material and stage 2 is tight and strong not expand material .both decent quality ,you could choose based on which stage or which compression you are looking for :)
