Front Patio Rental Melissa Graham June 14th 4-7pm

Rental Fee and contract for June 14th, 2025 4-7pm Time of reservation: 4-7 pm This includes any set up and take down of the party. Fee: $200 Non- Refundable deposit of $40 to hold the date due by 5/16/2025(paid 5/12) balance of $160 to be paid 1 week prior to the event, an additional email with payment processing will be sent. Please feel free to decorate the space as you'd like. We do ask NO confetti or glitter in your decor as it never goes away. Crooked Lane currently offers beer, wine, kombucha and cider- we do not have hard alcohol, and NO outside alcohol can be brought on site. Guests may be asked to leave if consuming an alcoholic beverage not purchased from Crooked Lane.
