  1. Event Details Event Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025 Rental Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Rental Area: Front Patio 2. Rental Fee The total rental fee for the Event is $250 non-refundable deposit of $50 due by 11/8/24 balance of $200 due 4/1/25. You will get a seperate request for the $200 3. Terms and Conditions Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Decorations: Guests may decorate the area; however, the use of confetti or glitter is strictly prohibited. 4. Liability The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the premises.
