Sliced Pork Belly (aka Natural Bacon)

 One of the requests that we often get is “natural” bacon. After looking at the amount of nitrates and sugar in most brands that you will find at the store, we decided to do our “bacon” a little different. These one pound flavor punches will give you a wholesome texture while keeping out all of the stuff that you don’t want. Fry it like normal bacon and just add a little salt and you will fall in love with avoiding the preservatives and sugars that you’ve been forced to eat in the past.
