Roasted and lightly salted macadamia nuts form the melt-in-the-mouth center of this more-ish, chocolatey confection. The nuts are generously coated in single origin 70% Dominican republic zorzal dark chocolate using the old-world process of hand panning, by which fine layers are built up around the buttery, golden roasted nuts.
