Our single sourced, dry-aged ground beef - ground beef from one cow - makes for a yummy and consistent flavor.  Our grind is 85/15 and is made in small batches. Once you have dry-aged, homegrown ground beef, you'll never go back to whatever you bought at the supermarket This beef is great for meatballs, meat sauce, beef-a-roni, meatloaf, hamburgers, stir fry, casseroles, Thai basil beef (one of our favs), tacos, patty melts, stuffed peppers, bolognese, shepherd's pie, sloppy joes, stroganoff, salisbury steak, we find that the list is endless.
