Eyelashes are personal items that cannot be returned because of health & sanitation reasons. How to Apply: 1. Align lash band with your natural line to check fit. Trim if necessary. 2. Apply a thin line of adhesive along with lash band. Wait 30 seconds to set. 3. Secure lash band by pressing onto lash line. Natasha arrives in a beautiful round gold case with a transparent lid for easy storage! How to Remove: 1. Gently remove each lash from the outside of the eyelid.  2. Remove the dried lash adhesive with fingertips. 3. If the dried adhesive is difficult to remove, use a Q tip and gently dab a couple drops of Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover or Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing water (Blue Cap) on the strip prior to removing the dried adhesive. Both will work on waterproof mascara so they are effective in softening the strip for easy removal of stubborn adhesive. Allow the lashes to dry prior to placing in case.
