The Effects of Sexual Harassment on Employee Performance at the Workplace
The main objective of the study was to examine the effects of sexual harassment on employee performance at the workplace. a case study of MTN Ghana. Specifically, the study sought to: Determine the prevalence of sexual harassment at MTN. Examine the forms of sexual harassment that exist at MTN. Identify the relationship that exist between sexual harassment and employee performance. Assess the channels that exist for lodging complaint of sexual harassment at MTN. The study was descriptive in nature. The target population of this study comprised workers of MTN Ghana. Out of the entire population, one hundred and fifty (150) employees were sampled out for the study. Out of the one hundred and fifty (150) questionnaires sent out, one hundred and twenty-five (125) were returned and fully answered. A purposive sampling technique was used for the study. A questionnaire was chosen as the data collection instrument. Responses gathered were analyzed using SPSS.
