The Impact of Leadership Style on Employee Performance
The main objective of this study was to assess the impact of leadership style on employee performance using Fidelity Bank as a case study. The specific objectives of the study were; To assess the effect of transformational leadership style on employee commitment. To evaluate the effect of charismatic leadership style on employee participation. To explore the effect of autocratic leadership style on employee efficiency. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach of collecting data, because the study was based on the use of questionnaire to elicit information based on people’s opinion to generate data for the analysis of the research topic. The population of the study was employees of Fidelity bank (Dzorwulu, Labone and Osu branches). The total number of persons at the branches was 25.
