Magnesium Sulfate is a mineral that our body depletes daily. Liquid Magnesium can be applied topically on the skin by spraying or pouring directly onto the area of pain or discomfort.  Ingredients:Magnesium Flakes, Magnesium liquid oil, Peppermint,Frankincence, Tea tree , Almond oil and Lavender oil. Rub in a circular motion applying slight pressure to insure deep penetration into the skin. Repeat as needed .
