It is important to note that the hair may look slightly different in person than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer/phone monitor, lighting and setting, all have a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. With that being said, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. When shampooing, you may still have color bleeding when washing, since you have received the wig after being freshly colored. This is normal for human hair as actual professional hair dyes are being used. Our wigs are custom colored using salon grade hair color unlike factory colored wigs. The hair will fade/oxidize over time. To maintain the longevity of your wig, always wash in cold water using sulfate salon grade product only. For example if you recieved your wig on a Monday you’ll have until Tuesday to have the package dropped off and a tracking number sent to me. There are no returns on final sale hair pieces. Buyer pays for return shipping/fees. All item must be returned in original condition, no cut lace no alterations. There will be a 10% restock fee on all returned hair pieces.
